Our after school program is designed for current student athletes, potential athletes, or just teens looking to be active. We provide training programs that are designed to make young adults smarter in the weight room and avoid being weak.
Rise and Grind
How you start your day matters. Start your day right and develop good daily habits of movement. Attend this 15 minute kickstarter that incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, martial arts, and gymnastics. This is intended to have you moving better, becoming pain-free, and having more energy throughout your day. Best part of all, it's free!
